港九新界的士同業協會有限公司於二零零七年五月二十三日根據香港《公司條例》註冊成立，屬有限公司形式的法人團體，總部設於九龍旺角塔科多道 138 號恒昌中心 7 樓 8 室。

本會宗旨為聯繫的士司機及車主、反映業界訴求、協助處理牌照及營運相關查詢，並就交通政策向有關部門表達業界意見，促進行業健康發展。
